I went to Casablanca Wireless to fix my phone and honestly had a really good experience. The owner is super friendly and easy to talk to, not like those places where they rush you or don’t explain anything. He told me exactly what was wrong and fixed it pretty quickly. Prices were fair too, which is always a plus. You can tell he knows what he’s doing and actually cares about his customers. Definitely coming back if I ever need anything again. I’d recommend this spot to anyone 👍

PLEASE DON’T COME HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! I had stopped by for a laptop battery replacement, paid my deposit and gave all the necessary information for the owner to fix. I was told i would be reached out to for news on my battery being ordered, weeks had passed and there was no response. When i had gotten a response after waiting for so long the owner had lost my information he had asked for, kept my deposit without giving me any updates, wouldn’t respond to any calls, gave a terrible excuse on why he was unprofessional and ordered the wrong battery. After a week he offered to reorder my battery to properly fix my laptop. The owner told me to arrive on the following Monday and again there was no response. I texted him Tuesday after i noticed he never said anything the whole day and there was still no update on the battery. This guy had me waiting on Wednesday yet again and after i requested a refund all he could say is “but the battery is here” after not saying anything again just because his little fingers was greedy for money. He cannot communicate properly with his clients and took advantage of my time because of age. He had me waiting for a month for something that could be done in 1-2 weeks. Extremely unprofessional PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE!!
