Top notch repair service at Casablanca Wireless. Our first time using this company and we are so pleased in the service we received we just has to share with y'all who may be in need of a trusted cellphone repair company. After cracking the glass on my phone, and trying to repair myself with a product purchased through Amazon, wrong choice, as I am not familiar with this procedure, first ordered the wrong product. Did not know until the home repair went wrong. I researched my area around Malden, MA found a very local service and decided to give this company a try. I chose the right company. Matt the owner was very helpful and explained what needed to be done. Replaced the entire face of my phone in one day. Happy, sadly the microphone was not working properly, so I called Matt to see what could be done. Bring it back in, so I can see what can be done. Matt tried to fix the microphone, with no luck, so the next step was taken with no hesitation, He ordered another top unit once and replaced with new to complete the repair and totally satisfy this customer.
